My work experience includes three years in retail / sales at several department stores. This was followed by eight years in an office environment, where I used Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis. I contacted various mid-Atlantic branches to obtain files to process by frequent deadlines. I also worked to maintain company database information with speed and accuracy. Studying journalism allowed me to gain three years working in a newsroom.
